SDG Training and Others

Did you know that organizations face major challenges in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including:

  • A lack of guidance on how to practically address the SDGs

  • Limited understanding of why the SDGs are important

  • Uncertainty about the organization’s impact on the SDGs

  • A lack of accountability

  • An overwhelming amount of information on the SDGs

Join me to explore the SDGs and learn how to implement them effectively across sectors. Beyond SDG training, I deliver HSSEQ training that empowers workers in preventing workplace illnesses and accidents (Health & Safety), secures assets and operations (Security), reduces environmental impact (Environment), and embeds controlled processes into daily operations (Quality).

Sustainability Accounting and Reporting

Did you know that developing a robust Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory requires several steps, including:

  • Identifying emissions

  • Setting boundaries

  • Collecting data

  • Performing allocation

  • Setting reduction targets

  • Reporting inventory results to diverse stakeholders

I specialize in sustainability accounting and reporting, helping organizations effectively align their sustainability initiatives with stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements for greater transparency and impact.

Implementing a Supplier Engagement Program
AI/ML, Analytics, and Project Management

Did you know that the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) outlines several key stages in the supplier engagement journey, including:

  • Identifying the right suppliers for the appropriate targets

  • Securing internal buy-in

  • Implementing targets

  • Enabling and tracking supplier performance

  • Monitoring and reporting progress

According to the SBTi, setting supplier engagement targets is a strategic approach to driving decarbonization across an organization's supply chain, especially when detailed emissions data is difficult to obtain. This approach prioritizes working with key suppliers to establish their own science-based emissions reduction commitments. I specialize in helping organizations develop and achieve effective Scope 3 supplier engagement targets to drive sustainability across their supply chains.

In addition to developing machine learning and ETL data models, I specialize in integrating AI into project management workflows, including building custom GPT tools trained on project-specific data. By leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), I develop chatbot solutions that deliver accurate, data-driven responses while minimizing misinformation.

While RAG enables chatbots to dynamically retrieve and apply relevant information, fine-tuning further enhances how models process and interpret data, ensuring better alignment with industry-specific language. Additionally, prompt engineering plays a critical role in optimizing chatbot interactions. I am proficient in guiding users to craft effective prompts with clear instructions and concise wording to maximize chatbot performance. With expertise in Python, AI development, and data integration, I create tailored AI solutions that enhance efficiency while ensuring best practices in data handling and accuracy.

Join me in exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics in project management.
